“Your Optimum Career Choice – and How to Achieve it!”


Regimen #1 – the client is put through a series of 2-Way Communication Questions and Answers which fully determine their true talents, personality and purpose/s in life.  This regimen is best delivered in person and can take five to ten hours to get the result that the client wants.  If it takes longer there is no extra charge. The results of this action are sometimes considered miraculous.

Regimen #2 – the coach then determines what the exact steps are for the client to get from Point A, the existing scene to Point B, the ideal scene.  In many cases this will require research on the part of the coach to ensure the exact steps needed for the client to attain his or her ideal scene are in correct chronological order.

Each of the line gradient line item steps will not only reflect the correct estimation of effort needed to get from Point A to Point B, but there will also be an agreed upon timeline for each step.

These timelines will be determined at a pace that the client feels are realistic and to his choosing.

Note: the timelines can always be altered and certain steps can be added or eliminated based upon the speed or lack of speed that the client prefers.

Regimen #3 – Is mostly pure coaching. It is designed to help the client achieve his ideal career purpose.

An article in the magazine Public Management revealed a study where training alone was compared to life coaching combined with training. The study showed that training alone increased productivity by 22.4% while training combined with weekly life coaching increased productivity by 88%.

The coach on a regular basis has an “open line” with the client to make sure that he or she is not only doing the steps and achieving the timeline targets that align with his comfort zone, but ensuring that the correct estimation of programming steps get altered and de-bugged so that the client is assured of reaching his career purpose.

The coach’s effectiveness with the client are best measured by his communication skills, business experience, and the execution of the program to achieve the client’s ideal.
